Bob is a seasoned semiconductor executive with more then 20+ years experience in management roles at privately-held, as well as large multi-nationals.

Prior to joining Luxtera, Bob spent the past 4 years at Qualcomm, as part of the successful acquisition of Airgo Networks, Inc. In his most recent role as Vice President of Worldwide Sales, he was responsible for engaging customers in the WLAN marketplace for his company’s 802.11n Wi-Fi MIMO chipset solutions. Before joining Airgo Networks, Bob held sales management roles at Agere Systems and was responsible for their successful penetration into the Fiber Channel SAN marketplace. While at Agere, Bob received the company’s Global Sales Manager of the year award for two consecutive years in a row. Earlier in his career, Bob held various management positions at Extreme Networks; Infinity Sales Manufacturer’s Representative and launched his career in the electronics distribution business with Arrow Electronics, Inc. and Insight Electronics.

Bob has a Bachelors of Science Degree from Syracuse University, Syracuse New York.
