Luxtera Completes $22M Series C Investment Carlsbad, Calif., March 15, 2006 — Luxtera, Inc., a fabless semiconductor company and the world leader in silicon photonics, announced today that the company has closed a $22 million Series C investment from a mix of new corporate sources and returning investors.
